Werkkostenregeling

Werkgevers kunnen hun werknemers vergoedingen en verstrekkingen geven. De werkgever is niet verplicht om vergoedingen en/of verstrekkingen te geven aan zijn werknemers, maar zal daar in veel gevallen toe overgaan omdat het fiscaal voordeliger is voor hem en zijn werknemers.

Wet werk en zekerheid

De Wet werk en zekerheid (Wwz) is op 1 juli 2015 ingevoerd. De wet brengt een aantal veranderingen met zich mee in het arbeidsrecht. Met name de regels aangaande het aannemen en ontslaan van werknemers zijn veranderd.

Sinds 1 juli 2015 kent Nederland nieuw ontslagrecht. Op die datum is de Wet werk en zekerheid (Wwz) ingevoerd, die van toepassing is op ontslagprocedures die zijn gestart op of na 1 juli 2015.
